This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website, and what you can ask us to do with them. It is written to be read, not filed.
IN SHORT
We only hold what you type into the enquiry form.
We use it to answer you — and for nothing else.
We never sell it, and we send no marketing you did not ask for.
Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days.
The sections below are the full version. They govern if there is any difference.
WaveConnect Communications Private Limited, B-1/8A, First Floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi – 110063, India. CIN U61202DL2023PTC424637. GSTIN 07AADCW7158B1ZC.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described on this page — meaning we decide why and how it is handled, and we are answerable for it.
Only what you enter into the enquiry form on our Contact page: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, and the message you write. We ask for nothing further, and there is no other route for submitting personal data through this site.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — as part of delivering the site. These exist for security and reliability, and we do not use them to identify visitors.
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to prepare a quotation or technical proposal where you have asked for one. That is the whole purpose. We do not build profiles, we do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
You give your details voluntarily when you submit the enquiry form, which states this purpose at the point of submission. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the contact in section 11. We will stop processing and delete what we hold, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Our enquiry form is operated by Formspree, Inc., a form-handling service. Your submission passes through and is stored on their systems so it can be delivered to us by email. Enquiries then arrive in our company mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. Both act on our instructions and for no other purpose.
We share your details with no one else, except where we are obliged to by law or by a court or government authority.
Because those two services operate internationally, your enquiry may be stored on servers outside India. Transfers of this kind are permitted under the DPDP Act other than to territories the Central Government restricts; should a service we use fall under such a restriction, we will move away from it.
Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted from both our mailbox and the form service. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the resulting records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires.
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:
confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and what we have done with it;
correct or complete anything inaccurate;
erase what we hold;
nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
Write to the contact in section 11. We respond within 30 days.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the server logs described in section 2. If that ever changes we will update this page and, where required, ask your consent first.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people at WaveConnect who need it in order to reply. Should a breach occur that affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires.
Any question, request or complaint about your personal data goes to:

CATALOGUE
Our catalogue carries models, specifications and compliance detail across all eight sections. We share it directly rather than publishing it, so the configuration we send back matches your operating conditions.
