Frequently asked questions

What agencies ask us first.

Short answers on what we supply, how far it reaches and how we deliver. Anything not covered here — just ask.

What we supply

Our work sits in three core areas: telecommunication products covering voice and data links and the structures that carry them, surveillance products spanning aerial and fixed monitoring, and IT solutions covering project delivery, managed infrastructure and compliance support.
Either. You can specify a single radio, mast or camera, or hand us a whole site — in which case we take it from survey and design through supply, installation, commissioning and handover.
Yes. Towers and masts are built to the operational requirement, and radio configurations are programmed to your channel plan. Tell us the site conditions and we specify against them.

Communication & surveillance

Coverage depends on terrain, antenna height and power output, so it is specified per deployment rather than quoted as a single figure. Repeater systems extend reach substantially, and simplex, duplex and automatic roaming are supported so communication holds as teams move.
DMR uses licensed radio spectrum and works independently of any public network — the right choice where infrastructure cannot be relied on. PoC radios carry voice over cellular and Wi-Fi networks, giving wide-area coverage without repeaters or licensed frequencies, which suits distributed teams needing quick deployment.
Yes. Fixed cameras hold the continuous watch on government buildings, border posts and critical infrastructure; drones add mobile aerial cover where nothing is installed. The two are complementary, and together they form a complete surveillance picture.
The tower is the backbone that carries voice, video and data across a wide area. For defence and security agencies it is what brings CCTV networks, drone feeds and IP radios into one central monitoring system.

Delivery & support

Yes — we deliver end to end: supply, installation, integration and maintenance. Our in-house civil, electrical and ICT teams cover site readiness through to commissioning, and the technical team stays available for uptime continuity.
Yes. UAV deployments come with pilot training plus AMC and maintenance support. We also set up complete drone labs for institutions running training, R&D and UAV skill development programmes.
We support ITSM and ISMS audit requirements through CERT-In certified service providers, helping strengthen compliance and governance across critical IT environments. Our Remote Infrastructure Management services follow ITIL-aligned practices.

Working with us

Defence and paramilitary forces, central and state police agencies, disaster management authorities, critical infrastructure security teams, and border surveillance and event security units. Our project experience also extends to enterprise environments and Government of India e-Governance programmes.
We work as a partner rather than a supplier. Led by Mr. Varun Gupta (B.Tech, Electrical & Electronics Engineering — BITS Pilani), we combine technical expertise with on-ground execution, and we specify systems for the conditions they will actually work in — not from a catalogue.

CATALOGUE

The full line card, on request.

Our catalogue carries models, specifications and compliance detail across all eight sections. We share it directly rather than publishing it, so the configuration we send back matches your operating conditions.
